Hailing from Chicago, Kristina is an advertising and editorial photographer, specializing in narrative portraiture, reportage, lifestyle, and environmental still life.
Kristina’s visual language embodies warmth, empathy, dignity, humor, and a natural emotional connection with her subjects. Her creative aesthetic, composition, and cinematic lighting are shaped by her study of design and film.
After receiving a B.F.A. in visual communication, and over ten years, she built a successful career in Chicago as a freelance creative director, designer, brand strategist, and photo producer for advertising, catalogs, and lifestyle magazines with client list that included Harris Bank, AT&T, Siemens, and the YMCA.
But a continuing interest in the visual narrative led Kristina to pursue a career in photography, eight hours south in Nashville, Tennessee. She continues to shoot regionally and throughout the United States for clients worldwide.
